PerfectSealer is a tough, water based, one part, film forming, cross-linked acrylic-urethane coating with excellent wear and protective properties.

Coverages over paving stones: 250-300 sq. ft. per gallon. Two coats are recommended for maximum protection.

Coverages over systems:
SandRich: 100 sq. ft. per gallon for one coat.
Over RubberDecky® or Decorative concrete: 200 sq. ft. per gallon. Use two coats.
